Thunder Claw event becomes the main patch loop
Patch 0.38 gives players a clear event ladder built around activity points, event eggs, and the first secret gear reward Cyclone9 highlights in the video. That makes the event route the first real reason to stay in the patch even before you commit to a new evolution build.
Beatopus unlocks both progression and evolution pressure
Beatopus is the new boss tied to the level 100 boss-killer achievement, and the same boss drops the Thunderbeat Snares used in the Divine Claw route. That makes Beatopus the practical first stop even for players who do not plan to build the boss itself.
Divine Claw is the headline chase, but the shown roll is expensive
Cyclone9's video shows the featured Divine Claw route using 12 Thunderbeat Snares and 35 Refined Ground Gems for a shown 17% roll. That is strong enough to attract search traffic, but expensive enough that weak Thunder Claw copies can waste a lot of patch-day materials.
Pet Collection and interface help finally catch up to the patch
Patch 0.38 adds a new Pet Collection quest for the newest island and puts evolution recipe tips directly into the interface. Those are smaller notes than Beatopus or Divine Claw, but they matter for players trying to turn the patch into permanent progress instead of one-day hype.
Dungeon team-load, replay, and max-feed save real time
The patch adds team-load presets in dungeons, replaying the same dungeon with the same party, and a max-feed shortcut for pet fruit leveling. Those changes are not flashy, but they reduce friction every time players farm dungeons or build new carries.
The first July 3 code window moved fast
Cyclone9 records the patch-day code moment around CLACERGLAW, MASSGLAW, BEATOPUS, and the event-egg code window, but newer July 10 code checks already changed the live list. That is why the public route should always point players to the current codes page before assuming every day-one code still works.
