Patch 0.46 adds the boss for the Coilwork City island introduced in Patch 0.45. Cyclone9 treats this as the first stop because the boss unlocks the level 110 achievement and drops the material needed for Abyssal Drake's new evolution route.
The new evolution uses Tri-cannon Arms from the Coilwork City boss plus Refined Fire Gems. The dedicated follow-up video takes the route through SS fusion, multiple misses, Reversion Potions, and 100% secret pity.
Cyclone9 reads Fire Dash with 95% damage reduction, Earth Shatter with area stun, and a +50% Endless Spire damage passive. That makes the early verdict promising for Spire, while the final built test still needs follow-up evidence.
